When I first walk in I came with a broken bracelet, the sale associate helped me so much in how to retire and replacement. On top of that she guided me into buying a new bracelet and a charm to go with it.

The young lady was very nice & helpful. The store is clean, there was hand sanitizer available. They made sure there wasn’t more than like 8 people in the store at a time. I wish there would’ve been more charm selections but due to the pandemic I understand they were out of stock for certain items I wanted but the young lady said I can shop online. There was a question referring to music being played in the store; to be honest I’m either losing my hearing or I was just too distracted w/ the shopping experience I didn’t hear any music at all.

The saleswoman was excellent in helping me find what I was looking for. She never stopped helping even when I almost gave up on finding the perfect gift. In the end, I was highly satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable on the merchandise in the store. The in store engraving feature is a plus. No other pandora store nearby has that.

I would like to commend the patience and knowledge of the sales personnel (Yvonne Z 181748) who helped me and my husband to choose the "best fit" charm for my bracelet which is my husband's gift to me. Love Pandora and love the service.
