I really liked the associate that helped me. Nedessa was really friendly and when they didn’t have the item I wanted, she suggested other things to me & offered to order the item for me.

I came in and they were so helpful ! . Made sure I was happy with my purchase and also made sure I knew the return and exchange policy if I had any issues with my gift !

Due to Covid, I was able to purchase 2 Harry Potter charms outside. I saw the charms in the window, the sale associate brought the 2 charms out for me while i was on line, placed them in the bag and charged me all while I didnt have to step foot in the store. She was very nice and quick
