The customer service was great but the availability of the product were short. I needed a replacement and there was not an available one. The experience behind the sentiment of the perfect one was lost in that moment.

The store was very clean and were limiting the amount of people that go in and out. I had the sales representative named Dieanna she was awesome. The others not so much. I especially didn’t like one of the other representatives commented to me as I was shopping (“oh your still here wow”) I felt that was so rude and disrespectful I spent over $1000.00 between my mother and I also we got the Pandora card. I enjoyed everything else I also wish they were able to show more of a selection to me of charms.
