The price for sales items was still high. Also I did not like the fact that the items could not be returned. It was a final sale. I purchase the item for myself but if i had purchased it for a gift and the person did not like it, then they would be stocked with the item. I think there should be a return policy for sale items, even if the time is shorter than a regular item.

Pandora is a nice piece of jewelry but only for fashion and partying. You need to take it off if you want to wash your hands or dishes because some of the stones will be out in the future. They will exchange it for a period of time but after that you cannot return it and it will just go to waste if it is not usable anymore .

I liked the new ring I got. The color was good and the price was even better. I liked how the associate answered all my questions when I asked them.

Rose gold selection was very low

The only problem was that the items I wanted were not available. However, the associates went out of their way looking for the items and promised to get back to me once they were found. Otherwise, every other thing and all of the associates were wonderful and helpful.

Upon arriving at this location I noticed there were no signs posted for mandatory mask wearing upon entry. When I went inside the store, I was asked to put on a mask and I responded no. The sales associate had no idea how to respond to me, and she had to go to the back room to find out what to do. Eventually, she returned and told me that I was welcome to shop in the store but that she needed to have a plexiglass window in front of me at the counter. The situation was handled well, however the associate should have known that some people would choose to not wear a mask.

They downgraded me Not friendly Judge me the way I was dressed

The store I went to is located in one of the high end malls in my neighborhood, therefore I excepted the services to be over the top and it was not. Making a sale was like pulling teeth from the sales person.

There are not much variation of items than I think. And the Sales Associate ask same question three times. (don't you like the style of chain?) even though I answered at first.
