Pandora Jewelry

I made a online purchase that totaled $205 & in store purchase that totaled $90. At both time there was a promotion of you spend at least $150 you get a pandora jewelry box & a free cleaning kit with every purchase. I did not receive neither.

One of the charms that I ordered was in extremely poor condtion. It was scuffed and scratched as if it was owned it for years.

I own 2 bracelets and have several charms. I purchased 2 charms today, store was empty with about 4 associates and was told my bracelets could not be cleaned.

Very organized store. I like it

I could not get my extra free bracelet for finding a necklace that was missing but that’s understandable. And we had to wait longer because they could fine a chain but otherwise I was satisfied.

Wish there had been more selection in matching up rings with bracelets and/or necklaces.

Store was not well stocked. A lot of the items I selected were out of. Perhaps it’s the time of year.

I went to the store twice that day. The first time was just to look around, and the associate who first helped me wasn’t too pleasant and didn’t explain things very well. A different associate helped me on my second visit and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. So overall my experience was just okay.
