The sales associate was just a very pleasant person to talk with, she answered all of my questions and i didnt feel rushed like i do in the other pandora stores, was able to take my time to see what i wanted..it was a pleasure to shop there..

Kimberly was outstanding. The second I walked in the door she greeted me. I was there to make a purchase for $250 of rose gold charms for my rose gold bracelet. Before I checked out, Kimberly advised me that if I spend $400 or more I would receive an even bigger discount. I took the offer. Not only that, I made a purchase of a rose gold charm at the same store back in December 2018. It was a safety charm that was missing a cubic zirconia. I mentioned it to her just in conversation, not knowing it could be replaced due to the warranty. She immediately looked up my purchase of the item & exchanged it. I've been to many Pandora stores & have never received such great service. She got my attention. I'll gladly see her when Pandora has it's next sale.
