the store was beautiful. i was looking for two specific rings and found them right away. i was able to interact with the salesperson very easily and she provided the size ranges for me. the salesperson was very nice and sweet. she complimented my mother’s dress and my choices in jewelry.

I needed a charm from the new Lion King collection which I was purchasing as a gift. I called the store and spoke with Anthony who said they had ONE left in stock. That made me unhappy, because I couldn't get to the store until the following day. But Anthony cheerfully offered to hold it for me, and saved the day! When I arrived, he knew exactly who I was, what I wanted, and the charm was waiting. Great customer service!

My experience at this Pandora store is always exceptional. The sales team is always very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Today's experience was exceptional as I was returning earrings which I couldn't get into my ears which was a shame because they were a mother's day gift from my children. (I think it is a matter of faulty engineering in the post part, too thick). However, with much time invested by Kim, I was able to find a beautiful pair of earrings.
