The experience I had was phenomenal, The place was very clean, neat and quiet and white and beautiful. The person who helped me named Stephi was really genuine and gave her opinions on what looks nice on me. The energy was fantastic and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Safety of using curbside pick-up. Ease of browsing website for item, color, and size then calling the store and speaking with an associate to confirm item was in stock. Associate came outside, was polite and professional (Stephy). One ring was too large, even though we had just came from a jewelry store for the same ring size, but was promptly changed for the right size. Items were nicely wrapped in white ring boxes and a gift bag. We were last minute shopping for engagement rings and luckily tracked a pair of rings down at Pandora for a reasonable price.

My salesman was facetimed me to get me the exact items that I needed to complete a birthday gift. He showed me other options and was so friendly and helpful.

I purchased a charm for my daughters graduation. I called, was given the info and was able to set up a day for pick up. We are facing a crisis with the pandemic now but the service was exceptional! Thank you!

Due to the Pandemic, I could not do an in store shopping visit, but was assisted on the phone by your wonderful Sales Associate, Melissa. I had seen a safety chain in the Pandora book that I had my heart set on but was out of stock online. Melissa located the safety chain and put it aside so a curbside pick up could be done. When we arrived at the Shops At Riverside in Hackensack,NJ Melissa came to our car and completed the transaction. It was a very efficient way to make a curbside purchase. Melissa was so professional and friendly. I can’t wait for the Oandemic to be over so I can shop in this store for more charms and spacers. Thank you so much!

Everytime Kimberly is at the store everything goes beautiful. Nudar was amazing helping my niece get her sets in order. Nice team!

Jefferson and Kimberly went above and beyond during my visit. Not only did they work hard to locate a ring in a specific size in the store, they also gave incredible recommendations. I only went to accompany my sister and walked out with two rings of my own. My sister was also able to walk out with her dream ring in a size that fit her, even though her original size was not available. They were kind, attentive, and personable. Would shop in this location with them again.
