I was highly satisfied with Pandora experience because I worked with two knowledgeable women who helped me complete my purchase. I was shown how to arrange the charms on my bracelet. Also, I was taught how to add a clasp on so I wouldn't lose my charms if my bracelet popped open. That is the reason for my rating.

The store clerk was very helpful and professional. He was able to help me find all that i wanted. He really knew how to help me decide on the best piece for myself.
