As soon as I walked in to this location I was greeted by an associate and welcomed in. Soucy was so attentive and knowledgeable. She was so helpful and determined to help me find the perfect clip charms for my bracelet. She made the exchange go smoothly for me and even helped me transfer some of my charms to a new bracelet as well as putting on my new clip charms for me. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning in the future. Thank you Soucy!

Alicia A No. 194664, the store mgr stepped out of her way in taking care of what I exactly wanted during the visit, she also took the time to take card of me and to answer all my questions and concerns and even while the store was shutting down their doors she didn’t rush me at all but helped me with a smile on her face till the last minute. This is the type of mangers need to be there in every store of yours. She made my visit unforgettable and I will definitely come back to her and I will be spending my money just in her store.
