I highly recommend pandora to family and friends cause the jewelry is very nice and classy with a price range to match and the sales associate was so nice and had a eye for putting together a elegant piece

All of the merchandise is very pretty, also the attendats were very nice and friendly with me. Im definitely coming back for more charms

Clean and good hospitality

Since I had not been to this mall in a while I decided to walk around & I noticed this Pandora store. I stopped in & the sales associate Steffie was so friendly and kind that I made a purchase. Being that Steffie made me feel so welcomed I will be returning in May for my 1st Pandora purchase for myself.

Jefferson was friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. He was fun and kept suggesting different rings until I found the two I wanted. Will keep going back to this store because of him.

This was one the best experience I have had at a retail store. Kudos to Jill 186034! She was the one that helped me. She was so professional, patient and quickly learned what I liked and showed me items based on that. I forgot my Pandora card at home. Even though I did not have my card, she was still kind. Most people on her position would have been mad after spending so much time showing me items to realize that I did not have the card. I went back home to get my card. I honestly did not want to go back out when I got home. Then I thought about how kind she was, I decided to go back. I went back and she was still consistent. I ended up spending more than planned. More importantly, I was so happy with my purchase. She is so knowledgeable and she quickly studied my behavior to see the kind of jewelry that appeal to me. Pandora should have her on a design team. She knows how to make customers happy and how to study them and recommend something so special that they would not feel guilty about over spending because they are so happy with the purchase. That's what she did for me.

Jefferson was the best salesperson I ever experienced at a pandora store he was helpful and knowledgeable about items friendly and pleasant can’t wait to visit that store again
