I was not sure what the right fit would be for my wife’s gift, but Jefferson deftly navigated my confusion and helped me get clarity. He knew the product line like the back of his hand and was able to make very helpful suggestions. We narrowed it down to something I believe my wife will really like.

I was on fence about Pandora because I’m not a fan of the bracelet look. But after explaining wanting a Disney bracelet, Jasmine showed me her Disney exclusive and how you don’t see bracelet and I was sold! She helped me with everything and then I walked away and let hubby the only reason I wouldn’t go back is simply location. I was in area for dr appt. Otherwise, jasmine was fantastic and so helpful!

The sales representatives was very knowledgeable about the items that my wife was looking to purchase and very helpful. She took the time to help my wife organize her charms on her bracelets. Fantastic job!!!

This was actually my first visit to Pandora. Luckily, Jefferson took great care of me. He was very thorough and patient while I asked questions and made up my mind on what to get. Jefferson is a great asset to this store.
