I went to Pandora to return/exchange a broken charm. The sales person was more than helpful…she showed me other items while she cleaned my bracelet and gave me tips on how to maintain my bracelets and charms. I ended up buying 2 more charms. She was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and patient.

Sales associate was patience, kind and very helpful. Store also had my items in stock for immediate purchase. Store was clean and organized

Yesterday was my birthday, and I came to the store to get just a Snake Chain necklace for $165. However, the Sales Representative Jayla was a Gem. She was full of knowledge and patience. I end up leaving with earrings, chain and charm valued at $211. She also rearrange my bracelet get my bracelets cleaned. I left feeling very happy on my birthday .Jayna is a big asset to that Pandora store.
