The associate I had was great! She was so knowledgeable of the inventory. I went for a cleaning and ended up purchasing charms! She reset my bracelet and added charms she thought would make my bracelet even better. She was polite, soft spoken and friendly.

The associate was extremely helpful and very kind. I love going to the Riverside store beacuse of the outstanding service.

I walked into Pandora just to see if they had anything new for a gift. Our salesperson Jefferson was very patient in showing me all the new pieces and greatly appreciated the personal feedback. I not only purchased the 3 gift items, but I also purchased a few pieces for myself. Pandora has so many new jewelry. I cant wait to go back and add to my bracelet.
