I enjoyed this purchasing experience because the staff was available immediately. I knew I wanted to purchase a modestly priced necklace, the staff were quick to discuss and show me options. I particularly enjoyed the absence of pressure or any upsale tactics.

I received a Pandora chain with a locket et wanted to add another charm in it I was very pleased to see your store in Gatineau so I bought one for myself and anoher one for my Daughter in law. THe store in Gatineau is very nice, , the variety of charms was quite large it was a pleasure to visit your store. I will surely go back when I need to buy a gift or for myself. Michele

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the store, because of the fast and cordious service I received. The clerk was very helpful and she provided good advice. She suggested that I get my bracelet and charms to the store to get a more appropriate cleaning.
