The staff were knowledgable and helpful. They listened to our needs and were able to assist in our choice of mattress. They were informative without being pushy. We felt valued as a customer.

The member of staff spent time explaining the product and all the various options available in a friendly and informative way

We were approached as soon as we entered the store to ask if we needed any help and once we explained we wasn't sure we had assistance throughout. Omar was very good at giving us plenty of options to try and was very knowledgeable. We really liked that he wasn't a typical pushy salesman but gave us the information we needed to make our decision.

The member of staff listened to what we needed. He advised us on different beds. Also helped us select one best suited for my arthritis. He was very pleasant and helpful.
