Great staff that delt with us quickly great help

Justin spent a full hour with us discussing our needs and using the sleep match machine to find our new mattress. He was very informative, friendly and helpful and we are really pleased with our choice. We were also really pleased that our mattress is being delivered within 1 week of ordering it.

We were dealt with by a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. Who help us through the process of buying a bed, what we need or might need .Showed us various bed bases and mattresses explained the differences so we came away happy with the knowledge that we have made the right choice . Have already told friends will visit for my bedding needs in future. Thanks Melvyn

I am very satisfied because someone where here to listen to me and helped me in my choice. He was respectful of my budget and I feel like he had my best interest at heart. He offered me a refreshment and was very friendly. I'd recommend !

Prompt assistance from a member of staff. Listened to my requirements and was more than happy to help. I asked if there was any discounted mattresses and shown stock in the back. The staff member even placed the mattress on the floor so I could try it and inspect it through the plastic cover.

Assistant spent time to help me find the correct mattress for me due to nature of my back problem and how I need to have the firmness for support and yet the comfort for sleeping.

Well I knew exactly what I wanted. having browsed through the Internet,and found the item I wanted... I then went in to shop to see if they had it in,but they hadn't, so I asked a colleague about it and ge immediately went on computer and found it, and ordered it for me.. marvellous he was.

Jason is highly knowledgable with the products, he also didn’t pressurise at all, leaving us to try out the mattresses etc. Very happy customer.

Help was amazing. Found me exactly what I wanted and made me feel relaxed all the way through the sale and made sure I was happy with everything.

The assistants were not pushy, catered to our needs and very knowledgeble even made us a coffee.
