It was my second appointment with Becky for a facial. She is very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns about my skin. I am happy to have connected with her! She's definitely a "pro."

Relaxed environment, feel at ease with staff, easy to schedule appointments lots of flexibility and don't have to wait weeks

I enjoyed the receptionist and massage therapist, but you guys email/text/call sooooo much it’s actually insane. I got a phone call and voicemail, 3 text messages, 4 emails prior and 2 emails afterward. You guys need to CHILL! It actually makes me not want to go back because I know I’ll be bombarded. I know you have memberships but it’s also very salesy and makes my skin crawl after an appointment.

Great experience! Left feeling better about my skin and my lady was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will be returning in a month for another facial.

The place is clean and calm. The staff is lovely. The massage is always great.

Very professional and enjoyed the whole experience. Traveling through Phoenix and don’t live close to other locations so that is why i probably will not return soon.

Joe is always personable and seems to know the areas to relieve my stress. I was hoping he would be available next week to book with him another massage but he was not. I will try again another day.

The manager tried to make me feel guilty for not signing up for a membership after I said I need to think about it: specifically when my wife was paying the manager said but you would save $50 if he signed up today.

Ease of scheduling. Katie is one of the best therapists I have ever had.
