Massage therapist Joe is great! Great pressure and technique. I would suggest more envelopes in each room for tipping. Possibly a small mirror on counter or on back of door - my hair always looks crazy after a massage. I would also suggest a add-on fee for allowing guest to stay in room (to ease out of massage) instead of rushing to get dressed and get out of room. I would pay $15 for a 30 minute transition time after the massage. It looks like you have plenty of rooms.

Joe is very professional and takes his time to get to know me and what my goals are for every session. He checks in to make sure pressure is appropriate during the massage and only interacts and talks to me if I initiate conversation allowing for maximum relaxation

The Miller location is EXCELLENT. I drive 30 minutes just for their facials. Tatum and Cactus SUCKS

Marlene provides a wonderful massage experience and the reception staff are welcoming and competent.

I got a gift certificate for this massage and I don't usually like massages. I found the massage very relaxing.

My only issue was that the chairs are to low (in the reception area)
