Very relaxing, friendly staff

It was a great way to start my get away weekend with my daughter. We both needed a relaxing start to our day.

Esthetician, Ariana, is so knowledgeable about care and treatment for my sensitive skin. It is always a pleasure to have my monthly facial with her. I appreciate her guidance and care.

My massage therapist gave me the best massage I've ever had. She listened to my needs and targeted the areas where I expressed concern.

My therapist was excellent. I have had multiple massages, and I really felt heard and my problem area was addressed and I am feeling much better. I also appreciated the friendliness of the receptionists. The only improvement I would recommend is that is was later in the day, and I wish the water carafe was filled further as there was not much left so I didn't want to drink too much out of it.

Becky, the facialist, is very knowledgeable. She cares about the client and her suggestions regarding what products and treatments work well for my skin. I feel she is very honest and doesn't try to push "products" that aren't necessary.

This is the best membership that I've experienced. I am a former LMT and worked for Envy and Elements which I did not 100% like their membership programs and products offered. I never worked for hand and stone or went to one. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Dee is a very knowledgeable and attentive therapist. She's been able to pinpoint where the source of my pain is and walks through her plan for next visits massage. The front staff has been welcoming and helpful as well

Ronda my therapist listened to me and my concerns. She knew how how help me and my neck. She communicated with me during the massage without talking too much. Wonderful experience! I cannot wait to see her again. Great experience.

Becky and Joseph are great, Becky for facials and Joseph for massage. The front desk staff s most helpful. I like their recommendations are usually good and they are helpful if I need to change the appointment.
