The sales associate was very helpful. The jewelry is beautiful. However, I think the prices are high.

I shop at the Pandora in the Southland Store in Taylor, Michigan. All of the sales associates are pleasant, knowledgeable about the products. Tina was the sales person that had the pleasure of helping me and gave me A-One service. Great job!

I placed order online and went in store for an exchange. Not only did the associate exchange the item I brought for a bigger size, she also replaced my bracelet I brought last year because the clasp was hard to close.

I did need to wait in line, but probably less than 10 minutes. The salesperson was very friendly and professional! This was my first purchase at the store and because of the great experience I will return!!

The sales rep that helped me went above and beyond to help me choose the charms for family members. She even went so far that she made the bags look like little gift bags which saves me time. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at Pandora.
