The appointment started in a timely manner. When I described issues I was having the therapist was able to explain how she can help and recommend a product that may provide more relief. She focused on my problem areas for a decent length of time. She was courteous and proficient during the massage process

Please improve the user experience as it relates to using the app to book appointments. You need better filtering options and the option to change a search criteria (instead of starting the search from the beginning).
