The customer service was excellent. My teenage daughter was very picky but they did everything to narrow down what she wanted. I was impressed.

I went in to check the size of my current necklace… so I can make an online purchase (necklace was in store). The associate helped/showed me the size and then proceeded to let me know the item was in store as well.

The employee spoke Spanish, which was good for my mom who her English isn't really good. The young lady explain and helped her choose the right necklace for a birthday gift. I'm very greatful and thankful.

I looked online and seen what I wanted. Went to the Pandora store to see if it was in stock. Asked the sales person she said yes. I asked if I could try it on, it fit, I purchased it and was completely satisfied

The staff immediately greeted me & treated me so well. They brought out trays of rings in my size & helped me find ones I was interested in from my wishlist. They were training a new associate while working with me & he was very creative. I am obsessed with the rings I purchased & look at them often to admire how much I love them.

YaDiana the sales clerk was very knowledgeable and personal in making sure I picked out gift items for my co-workers that they would definitely love. Her recommendation was my favorite color and the icing on the cake. She was wearing a lot of Pandora charms on her bracelets and she knew any and everything about them. Definitely seemed like a well versed person to be working in and for Pandora.

Tammy makes this store! She is the whole reason we visit this particular store. She always knows our wants and makes the best suggestions.

My associate was very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she was very patient with me and made sure I was thrilled with my final pick.

The customer service I received at this site was amazing. Jaden went above and beyond helping me. I had way better service here than the Rehoboth location!
