The sales associate’s are always friendly when I walk in the store and quick about asking about what art my interest are and very happy to help me with my purchases. That makes me happy and that’s why I go back to the store as often as I do very satisfied

An and the other Associate we SO friendly. As I walked into the store I was greeted right away, and because my mother and her friend had entered before me, I was asked if we were together (I liked that). Although the three of us were together, we were serviced individually, with personal attention to our individual needs! This was my first time at this location, but it will not be my last! For this quality of service, I will most definitely be back!!

I love coming to Emeryville location the staff is always very friendly and willing. My go to Sales Associate is Gabriella P. She’s amazing and she’s always so willing to help me when deciding on my purchases. Love her. Other then the items she’s the reason I continue to come back to that location. I’m always satisfy with my purchase and Gabriella P. Makes sure of it. :-)

I called the store to check on a bracelet and was very happy they had the size available. Quite a drive from where I live but it was worth it

Gaby was the associate to assist me in today’s purchase and I am so appreciative of her knowledge on the Pandora products!
