They always have the best customer service. They always have the charms I want. When I cant find what I want they know how to find something similar if not better.

I have been going to this pandora since its grand opening. The staff has always been very nice and lately when I go I have been greeted and helped by Asucena and the manager An. I went in to get my bracelets cleaned and to purchase some charms. I was offered a macaron cookie and water by the staff. An and Asucena helped me by giving me advice on how to care for my bracelet after using the wrong cleaner on it. Overall I have always been highly satisfied with their service and niceness.
