I was greeted immediately as I entered the store by a very pleasant associate. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me several items which was helpful in my decision to purchase.

The customer service at the Emeryville store is over the top!!! The staff there is great!!! I appreciate being acknowledged by the staff even when the store is busy!!!

All the associates are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager always address me by my name. Since my first purchase at the Bay Street store, call this my store.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. They were also very knowledgeable about the products. The store itself was beautifully laid out and had a great selection.
