The customer service was great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help me find the correct size and get me in and out in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place for quality jewelry at a solid price.

The young lady who waited on me was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a Pandora store. Often, it's frustrating when the salesperson has to painstakingly look up each item in the catalog to find the price. This time, everything was clearly labeled, easy to find, and checkout was a breeze. I hope you use the new Appleton store as a model for other stores and, especially, franchises at other jewelers.
