The customer service was excellent, the store was bright/lit well so you could see the details of the merchandise being shown. Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me pick a charm. Prices are always very reasonable and affordable.

I am always immediately asked if I need help. The associate was very helpful and made me aware of items I did not know existed. She took the time to size me for a bracelet (even though I was not purchasing that day). I always have a pleasant experience when I come in.
