The one main reason why I am "Highly Satisfied" is because I called this location on Thursday searching for a safety chain for my Essences bracelet. I was informed by your employee Miss E there were none available however the "Pandora Me' safety chain could and would fit perfectly. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes her and the manager tried it out. I advised Miss E that I would be there on Saturday or Thursday to buy them and I was assured that there were plenty there. I also asked if by chance if there were any Essences charms available and she stated yes they had a few different ones left. This news made me even more excited (for I wanted more to fill my bracelet and they were hard to come by because they are (discontinued/retired). I went Sunday hoping Miss E would be there since she was very helpful over the phone but she wasn't. Miss Allison was just as helpful on Sunday. This made my two hour trip well worth it

I went in with a ring in mind and the sales associate found it it minutes! I instantly fell in love with the ring! I definitely would recommend this store to a friend and 100% would return.

Girls were Nice, and the customer service was excellent. Fast attention, the store was empty because they were almost closed, and the attention was quick. Know about the merchandise
