The sales lady was very nice. Very well mannered and helpful

The sales person had no personality at all. It’s just a job to her. She was uninterested in rather we returned or not🤷🏽‍♀️

Salesperson name was Tetyana Z. at the Rosemont store location. She was well versed on the products she was showing me. Also professional, polite and answered all of my questions/concerns to my satisfaction. I will certainly be returning to that location and have her assist me again in future purchases.

The lady who helped me was very nice and accommodating , I think she is the manager on the store. She gave me the best option that she can possibly give. Very happy on my purchase. I bought the pandora jewelry box and I so love it.

The store always seems to be crowded ( good for you not so much for the customer ). There is usually always a waiting list. Not enough sales people.

the sales associated wasnt welcoming nor helpful at all. during the purchase she had an attitude and was in a rush.

The sales associate seemed a bit uninterested just seemed like she couldn’t wait until we where done maybe a bit frustrated we asked a lot of questions and where very indecisive

All sale merchandise was not displayed. To my surprise they had other merchandise available for clearance

It was a ok experience I had to drive 1 1/2 to get a last chance item so I am grateful they put it on hold for me.
