I am a bargain shopper, and of course I want more items on sale.

Merchandise I was looking for was not available

The necklace I bought has a problem with clasp. Cannot get it to close and very hard to Open

I was satisfied, no issues

The sales associate made multiple mistakes on my order and was being rude about it. She had to take off money because she didn’t put the right information in.

I didn't go in store, I did curbside service there is a difference, but mostly highly satisfied when visiting the store

The manager was rule to me let someone go and front of me then she took her time to come n work with me I also had six hundred dollars of pandora I bought off line and they did do no exchanges or anything with my receipt but I still made a purchase of six hundred and fifty dollars than the manager started to act nice that not good customer service thank you

I didn’t find the charms I was looking for

It was an issue with my CC. The sales associate can’t get the first payment to process (didn’t gain enough info regarding CC).
