Pandora does not have a high selection of pure gold charms or bracelets. The Pandora's charms and bracelets are too expensive for man-made materials. The Pandora's bracelets are too difficult to open. You can not sleep or shower with the bracelets on your arm.

During my visit to the store I felt welcomed. The representative was very courteous and provided with good options for the gift I was looking for.

The store was clean and the sales person had knowledge but her disposition was less then happy. I felt like I was bothering her.

The association who helped me purchase my items was great, she was very friendly. However, prior to enterting the store one of the employees practically yelled at me "go outside until the next associate can help you". I was literally 2 feet away from the sign that said "please wait here for next associate". At no point was I inside the store. She had a very rude approach to it. I've gone to other pandoras were I've heard employees ask nicely and not yell at the customer like this employee did. She made me feel less than the other customers since I wasn't dressed as fancy as the others. Other than that the Employee who did help me was great she knew right away what I came in for and helped me get in and out of the store. Unfortunately, will never be returning back to that Pandora location.

I was able to walk right into the store, find the item I was looking for, and made the purchase. I have been trying to get the thing, but my online shopping experience is not the best. I like the store better. I hope to continue to ha e in-store help as I want the help you style my bracelet.

The store was clean the sales associate were friendly but there wasn't a big selection like other stores...I'd still go back.
