Did not find everything I was looking for

At the time of my visit there was a limited selection of safety chains. The safe that helped me was really nice and helpful. She offered her opinion in a respectful way. It was a great experience.

The discount was not taken on my purchase for Black Friday. It was corrected though and I appreciate how this was handled by Alexis

Sales girl took another client after me and tried to help both of us at the same time, of course that didn’t work.

The first salesperson didn’t ask for my phone number for my purchase. I left and returned, and purchased 2 more items and was asked for my phone number.

Out of stock of half the items I wanted.

Purchased a pair of heart earrings. They were tarnished and bent! Back piece is cheap metal or something cheap

I would like to explain the friendliness aspect. First of all, the associate that helped me was extremely kind and friendly. However, when I first walked in, as I was waiting at the counter and looking for someone to help me, two ladies just looked at me and turned away to talk to one another. One even said something to the other to have the other turn and look at me (as if they were talking about me). On the other hand, you had 4 ladies talking in one corner with one another not helping anyone. Out of the whole staff, only one young lady (and maybe one other but at the time I needed help she was talking in the corner) by the name of Ariana S. (No. 215760) was working hard with customers and even willing to help me. I had to ask her for assistance as she was busy and she smiled and was more than willing. She was kind and extremely helpful with everything! I hope this store is commission based because she absolutely deserves it! I would be more than happy to give Ariana S. my money again. Please make sure she receives praise for being the only one kind enough to smile at me and help me. I felt so sill standing and waiting there with my husband like a lost kid.
