I’m so excited to know that Pandora store at Chicago Fashion Outlet it’s near from us now. Before i used to buy online because the location of the stores. I can easily go there whenever i want something from pandora.

The associates were very helpful! The store was very organized and clean!!

associate would take the time to upsale or recommend other pieces of jewelry

My overall experience at the store was overall satisfying except in the beginning. There was a slow start as a few store members ignored my daughter and I and they made a joke about the amount of customers in the store. Luckily, a kind associate, Lina A., that had just finished up with a customer took us in and she was lovely! Very knowledgeable too.

No good way to see what’s generally available especially for rings. What is available in larger sizes seems limited. Crowding makes it difficult to see what is available and then it does not match what is actually available

Store was extremely busy but no one was at the door keeping track of who needed help. I waited 20 minutes. Finally someone came up front and then proceeded to help someone who had just walked in. I interrupted and said I had already been waiting prior to them. She did rectify the situation but they needed to be more organized. Maybe give out numbers
