Our sales assisoate was very friendly. Right away she made us priority and the whole time she was making us laugh showing us what would work for us and what wouldn’t. She didn’t pressure us into buying something we couldn’t offered, but instead gave us ideas to stay within budget.

The sales person Jackie was extremely helpful my daughter purchased a set of earrings last year in Orlando and lost one this week she was very upset and started to explain to Jackie what it looked like and before she could finish Jackie had them on the counter. Of course Jackie made her day and we purchased them along with a charm for me which gave us the promo ring they were offering.

I'm a customer of pandora for about 3 to 4 years i love my charms. Today I visit for the second time the Rosemont Outlet store my sales person she was so nice to explain everything to me even how to care for my bracelets and my rose charms all the littles details I'm so happy that she took the time to explain the best way to care my charms, her name is Nadine F. I appreciate her knowledge and her patient.
