I worked with Lupe and she helped me design a bracelet. I exchanged some charms I didn't like and purchased new ones.

Marah was very pleasant. She shared with me the special event that was going on. How to maximize the special. She shared how to balance out my bracelet. She even volunteered for me to bring my bracelet back and she'll balance it out for me.

I wanted to exchange a couple of bracelets for a larger size. The bracelets were no longer available but I was able to choose other styles in the size I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also shopped for a few charms and had such a fun shopping experience!

Looking for "locking" charms. Associate Jacqueline M No 171679 very helpful in describing how they worked on the bracelet. Offered me the option of the "free" charm if a sales amount of over $100.00 reached. Delighted with this! Very satisfied with purchase, experience and store.
