Of course I decided to go in on Valentine's day and despite them being busy they had many associates working. Madison was very kind and helpful, I told her what I was looking for and she showed me just what I wanted. I love to shop at this store. While waiting, someone offered a courtesy water bottle, (I was thirsty) so it was the perfect touch to my overall great experience. Thank you Pandora for training your employees to offer great customer service.

The bracelets with all the charms are absolutely beautiful.

As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Madison. She was super friendly and sympathized when I told her I was there to replace my pandora bracelet that had been stolen. I explained the bracelet and charms that I had and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Overall my experience was great and I was in and out!

The salesperson I had was Jacqueline, she was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I’m in love with my new ring and will be definitely going back for another one.

I was greeted right away by Madison. I wanted to look at the new bracelet charms and she nicely explained that the outlet doesn’t carry them. I told her I would be interested in looking at charms for the original bracelet and she showed me cute Valentine’s Day ones right away. I made a choice quickly when I found one I really liked and she was very helpful.
