4/5/19 I just love Marsh H No. 1729007224 her customer service is wonderful she took time with me went their to get some charms and to use my birthday award. Conversation was very pleasant told her about losing my husband she came up with a great idea to creative a bracelet with charms about my husband. What a wonderful idea I will be going back just to see her.😊

It was my first time going to purchase Pandora jewelry and I wanted to get a bracelet for my birthday. Which I did I also look at different charms that my children can get me that were reasonably price. And that is why I was highly satisfy because you had so many different options to choose from.

The associate was very friendly and pleasant. I have experienced bad service at the woodfield mall location. The women there were very arrogant. Briana was very personable and knowledgeable. So much so that I went back the next day and a made another purchase based on her recommendation.
