I truly loved the service I received when I went into the store today, the associate ANDREW in the pandora located in the del Monte shopping center was extremely amazing he helped me pick out the cutest ring and his vibe was so great such an amazing person! Great seller! Definitely will be back because of the service he provided to me! Love my new ring :)!

Hi I shopped at the Del Monte Center location this time. I shop Pandora everywhere I go especially on vacation for special charms like Hawaii Disneyland etc. This location was wonderful. I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience last night at the Del Monte Mall in Monterey, CA, because I absolutely love their fabulous jewelry selection, their very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff and the convenience of location and the hours that they keep. I was able to shop last night later in the evening because of my personal schedule conflicts during the day. Every time I shop at Pandora I feel satisfied as a customer and walk away feeling excited about my purchase for myself and/or for a family member or friend. They always love seeing the Pandora bag when they open their gifts, excited to see what is inside. It is so much fun shopping at Pandora because its merchandise allows for such personal touches, celebrating all the milestones, special people, places and things that we carry in our hearts. I love my lightening bolt pendant. It reminds me of David Bowie, who I've loved since I was a teenager. It is a very stunning enamel piece that I have added to my Pandora collection, but it's also sentimental to me and makes me smile every time I see it, hold it. I especially love the new click latches. I feel extra at ease knowing they won't ever get lost!!
