This was my very first time exposed to Pandora. Leah explained everything; asked my preferences and made recommendations and was very knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of the service. It was enjoyable and extremely helpful and the associates had a good sense of urgency.

I went to Pandora in Monterey to try and exchange my ring that had a diamond missing. My original receipts from Northridge mall in Salinas were made incorrectly. Making it hard to be able to make my exchange. They rang up my ring the incorrect size. However, Ally was extremely helpful and friendly in trying to get my exchange done. She quickly got her manager to help out, (Leah) to try and fix the issue. Both went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to get my new ring and Ally also cleaned up my other rings and bracelet.

The two ladies working were so helpful and kind. This store has way more products than the one located in salinas. Left happy with my returns.

Sheba did a great job as always. She took her time with us and helped my sister pick out something really nice.
