The massage therapist (Sterling) was very good. He didn't phone it in when it came to addressing the points of tension in my body, and also recommended stretches I can do to help with those areas.

Masseuse applied the perfect amount of pressure and spent the amount of time needed on my specific pain points to really work out the tightness. Gave me some recommendations in regards to exercises and things I can do to help prevent that tightness in future
