Appointments are not often started on time.

I had a very relaxing time during the massage and thoroughly enjoyed all the techniques that my therapists used to ease my aches and pains.

The esthetician was excellent. Helped me with my skin concerns.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, talked a lot about the different techniques that he was applying. Gave me suggestions on different things I could do.

This was my first time at hand and stone I went to get a facial and I walked out feeling good about my service looking forward to coming back

Frank, the esthetician, is extremely knowledgeable and listened to my skin concerns. I definitely enjoyed my facial and noticed major improvement on my skin after my appointment.

Reception personnel are always great. Ambiance is fine, except not crazy about Christmas decor in summer (I know it's Christmas in July promo). Massage therapists are always receptive to repressure changes, etc.

Great staff, they have 'good team' work! Veronica has made a fantastic change in my skin, and she is really nice, a low voice and explains everything she is doing & why. thank you!

Leo is an excellent masseuse esp for my problem areas - back & hip pain. He planned his time well to work on those areas and I always leave feeling better & in less pain than when I arrived.
