The staff are very knowledgeable in services and helpful with membership questions. The therapist was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The therapist made sure to ask where my area of needs were and addressed them during the massage.

Everyone from the front desk person to the therapist was super professional and nice. I felt super relaxed which was my reason for coming this visit. For me financially it is a real luxury to come for a massage. I used to be able to be a member but after COVID the price went up and then I was no longer financially possible for me to afford the monthly payment.

The receptionists are very professional, friendly and helpful at the Brentwood location. Veronica gives the most amazing facials! She is also very helpful about what extra treatment my skin would benefit from. She is awesome!
