Overall the massage was great. Therapist kept me comfortable (turned) on fan because i was hot. Will have her focus more on my lower back when i come for next appointment.

Have not been in since January. Increased stress in my life and tension in my neck and shoulders. Kayla did amazing and I woke up the next day with no pain.
