Danielle is an amazing therapist. She really pays attention to the clients needs. She communicates with clients making sure they are comfortable. Making sure the right amount of pressure is applied. She responds to questions very professionally. Glad she is my therapist.

My gift card had a bit of a problem. The front desk young woman was very patient and spoke with the manager while I was in my massage. The manager decided to comp my visit and i only had to leave a tip for my masseuse. I did not expect that at all and I am so appreciative of the manager to do that. I will definitely be back and will highly advise all my friends and relatives to book massages and others services there at the Apex store. This experience mad my massage and relaxation last even longer!

Staff is friendly and professional. Location is close to my home and easy to park. I love feeling pampered!

My esthetician is great. She is friendly, but does not talk too much. She is knowledgeable about the products and makes excellent recommendations for me.

Very satisfied with the massage experience with Tabitha. She is very knowledgeable and checks in to make sure the pressure is ok. She once suggested an add-on foot treatment and now I get it every time!! I book her several months out because I thoroughly enjoy her massages!!

Tynesha is a gem. She is so knowledgeable and provided myself and my daughter with exemplary service. It was so great to have a Black esthetician that was knowledgeable about Black skin care. My daughter and I have her a 15/10 rating. Because of her service, I purchased a monthly membership. Please treat her and pay her WELL. She deserves it!

Over all great massage. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Overall I don’t understand why when you pay for a 1 hr massage, you don’t get a 1 hr massage. Seems cheap to me. Other massage places I’ve been to add an extra 10 min in scheduling to talk about what you want in the massage, and changing time. Money hungry if ya ask me.
