The sales lady was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and super nice. The store was low on glass charms but we found everything else.

Before even being waited on, an associate provided me with a booklet, which will come in handy for future purchases. Although the store seemed busy, it was well staffed that I was greeted and attended to quickly. Inez greeted me with a warm smile and helped me to create the perfect present for Mother that I’m sure she will love for years to come.

Even though the store was busy, I was still greeted right away and led to an associate for help with what I needed. They were very courteous, polite and professional. I know working in retail during holiday season can be very stressful and busy, and I'm happy I received such excellent help.
