The sales associate quickly acknowledged us when we walked in the store and offered her help once we knew what we wanted to see. She looked for the product we needed and helped my niece rearrange her bracelet. I really liked the customer service I received there.

Katherynn was great, first purchase was in December for Christmas, also ordered 2 pieces from Disney Collection, long lead items. Katherynn let me know they were in, made arrangements to come in while she was on shift - rearrange order of charms with the two (2) Disney's, added another one from store, and holding spacers. Then she put all back on bracelet. Great service - never felt Rushed, actually, felt like a valued customer. She has set a bar for others to attain.
