The salesgirl was extremely helpful and very patient. I went in knowing more or less what I wanted. I just couldn't decide. She helped me arrange things on my bracelet. It looks so pretty now!

I went to get a larger bracelet, but they have one in the style I wanted. So I brought my birth stone in a charm and in earrings and the sales associate was very helpful in helping me picking out the ones I wanted. But what got me was the sales associate who met me at the door with a smile that alone will have me go back again.

Manager of the store approved of my exchange without a receipt which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful
