My Esthestician, Kim, was excellent. The facial and her knowledge was fantastic. Very caring, friendly and I felt safe with her. The front desk gal was scattered and not present. The coconut water was way too sweet. I had a bad experience with my massage therapist and will send in a separate feedback form about that. I would definitely return for a facial with Kim.

Therapist was very engaged to help provide relief to my long standing issues and accommodated my vertigo very well. Even learned about a new technique that she did called lymphatic drainage that I intend to come back for with Scarlet.

Appreciate the individuality of the massage. Josh asks & responds with massage targeting the areas of concern. His massage techniques are effective at removing pain & creating a relaxing experience.

This was the first massage out of four at this facility that did not hurt. Much improved over the other visits.

My aesthetician did a great job… I got a diamond glow facial… My skin was glowing! I wish the receptionist and the owner had knowledge about the Allē reward program..? No one knows anything about it… but they show that it is offered. I’ve asked about the program the last 2 months that I’ve been in and nothing!! Weird!
