Each time I visit, I always appreciate the ability to talk with my therapist in advance as together we come up with the best action plan for that visit, and the needs at that moment in time. I am an aging long distance runner, and this is a part of my on-going training plan. The relief provided, stretches shared and customization always makes this experience wonderful!
